CNCWrapper, is a fast CNC G-code conversion program that can Wrap your 2 1/2D or 3D G-code programs for a 4th (rotary) axis unit on your CNC Router or Milling machine.

CNCWrapper is also a handy G-code editor with powerful features,
Fully customizable syntax color highlighting specifically designed for CNC G-code. Allows you to easily scan through code to Identify the code you want to see. Set up the colors just the way you want. Can be switched on or off as desired.
Calculation and display of Maximum and Minimum axis ranges, both before and after conversion. Useful, for instance, when you want to check how low the Z axis will go.


A simple user-friendly calculator is also included to help work out the required dimension needed for wrapping about a desired angle.
3D tool paths consist of very small straight line moves which can collectively define complex shapes. This means they lend themselves to this type of conversion. 
Gcode (sometimes called G & M code) is a common machine control code used by many controllers for both the hobby and professional sectors. For example; Mach3, WinCNC, TurboCNC and Fanuc to name just a few.
